Victoria fell in love with surfing after catching her first wave in Canada, but getting out there again after becoming a wheelchair user was challenging. In the warm, tropical waves here at Turtle Bay, it’s easy and Victoria feels free, happy, and energized surfing – She want to help other people with disabilities feel that too.
